Dear Colleagues, Our Bulletin has fullfilled 10 years of publishing as a quarterly peer-reviewed journal with a profound collaboration of all colleagues. A journal needs to have a pool of peer-reviewed and approved manuscripts for at least one year, but unfortunately our Bulletin could only continue with limited number of approved articles for these last years with a publishing history of behind Schedule. Approval date of manuscripts were ahead volume years. You will receive first issue of 2006 volume together with this one, and we could create a rich pool of articles with valuable support of our colleagues. We shall immediately apply for medical indexes after publishing issues of 2006. However it will take time to be approved, and we all hope fort his approval, since we know the importance for our young colleagues.
