He graduated at 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty in Forensic Medicine at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, in 1999. He worked at the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute 2nd Specialization Board between 2000-2004.
He became an "Assistant Professor" in 2005, Associate Professor" in 2008 and "Professor" in 2014 in Mersin University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine. He has been working at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine and the founding director of Mersin University Child Protection and Research Center.
Turkey's international qualified textbook "Forensic Medicine and Forensic Science" (2019) and "Forensic Medicine & Forensic Sciences at Case" (2020) were the editor of the books. He has published many national and international articles, research and book chapters. Special study issues; children's rights, women's rights, violence, forensic psychiatry and medical malpractice.

She graduated from Ankara University, Department of Physics Engineering, in 1998 and completed her postgraduate studies in the same department. She is Turkey's first female Forensic Ballistics Expert and has contributed to the training of many ballistics experts. In 2019, she became an Associate Professor in the Department of Forensic Sciences at Üsküdar University and was promoted to Professor in 2024. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences at Üsküdar University and as the Head of the Department of Criminal Justice.
Her fields of study include Forensic Sciences, Criminalistics, Forensic Physics, Bloodstain Pattern Analysis, Crime Scene Investigation, Forensic Ballistics, Firearms and Toolmarks Examinations, Cartridgecase and Bullet Examinations. She has published her work in national and international journals and has presented at various congresses, symposiums, and conferences.

Doç. Dr. Kenan Kaya

After completing his medical school education at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2009, he completed his compulsory service at Tokat Turhal State Hospital. In 2015, he became a Forensic Medicine specialist at Çukurova University, Department of Forensic Medicine. After working at the Forensic Medicine Institute Adana Group Presidency for about 4 years, he started working as a lecturer at Çukurova University, Department of Forensic Medicine in 2019. He received the title of Associate Professor in March 2022 and currently works as a faculty member at Çukurova University, Department of Forensic Medicine. He is a member of the Çukurova University Support Board against Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault. He gives forensic medicine courses to students of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Dentistry and the Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences. He is the author of many papers at national and international scientific meetings and the co-author of many articles and book chapters. Private work areas; Autopsy, forensic traumatology, medical malpractice, sexual assaults, violence against women, child abuse and age estimation are the areas.

Uzm. Dr. Cemil Çelik

After completing undergraduate education at the Faculty of Medicine at 19 Mayıs University in 2015, he completed forensic medicine specialization training at Dokuz Eylül University and Ege University. In 2020, he became a Forensic Medicine Specialist. Since 2021, he has been working at the Kahramanmaraş Forensic Medicine Branch Office. He is one of the translation editors of the Turkish version of the book "Diagnostic Pathology: Forensic Autopsy", titled "Tanısal Patoloji: Adli Otopsi". He has national and international articles. He actively serves as a reviewer in the international journals of forensic sciences. His specific areas of expertise include forensic medicine specialization training, autopsy, disability, forensic traumatology, and mobbing.

Uzm. Dr. Uğur Koçak

He graduated from Hacettepe University English Medical Faculty in 1994. Following his compulsory service, he completed his specialization in Family Medicine at Taksim Training and Research Hospital and became a Family Medicine Specialist in 2000. He later completed his specialization in Forensic Medicine, which he started at the Forensic Medicine Institution, in 2004, becoming a Forensic Medicine Specialist. He participated in the development of the Forensic Medicine Module as a Functional User of Forensic Medicine in the National Judiciary Network Project conducted by the Ministry of Justice. In 2005, he was appointed to restructure the Cyber Crimes Department established within the Forensic Medicine Institution by the Minister of Justice at the time. As part of this, he conducted examinations at the London Metropolitan Police High-Tech Crime Laboratory in 2006 and at the Netherlands Forensic Institute. He attended Microsoft System Engineering, C Programming, SQL Database, WEB Programming, and Electronic Signature courses to improve his skills in the field of informatics.
As a result of his examinations, he prepared a report to the Forensic Medicine Presidency, stating that the procedures to be carried out in the Cyber Crimes, Voice, and Image Analysis Departments to be established at the Forensic Medicine Institution did not resemble the examination subjects of the Physical Specialization Department. He recommended that these laboratories should be structured separately under the High-Tech Crimes Department and that experts to be employed in these units should be selected from graduates who have completed postgraduate and doctoral studies in the field of Forensic Sciences at relevant faculties. He was appointed to the Rize Forensic Medicine Branch Directorate. In 2007, he participated in the organization of the Forensic Informatics Course by the Forensic Scientists Association (Adli Bilimciler Derneği) and Izmir Institute of Technology. He was appointed as an Assistant Professor to the Department of Forensic Medicine at Rize University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. Here, he taught Forensic Medicine courses as well as Medical Informatics courses. From November 2012 to November 2018, he served as the Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine at Afyon Kocatepe University. Later, He served as a faculty member at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University Tayfur Sökmen Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine. Dr. Uğur Koçak, who currently works at the Rize Forensic Medicine Branch, married and father of two, is proficient in English.
