Adli soruşturmayı gerektiren perinatal ölümlerde, CMUK 82. maddesi gereğince, Adli Tıp Uzmanlarının çözümlemesi gereken soruların yanıtını bulabilmek her zaman kolay olmamaktadır. Bu yazıda; mekonyum aspirasyonu izlenen ve bu nedenle öldüğü belirlenen bir infantta saptanan bulgular ışığında, perinatal ölümler ve bu konuda karşılaşılan güçlükler tartışılarak sunulmuştur.
