Vol. 12 No. 3 (2007)
Issue Description

The Bulletin of Legal Medicine has come to the end of one more year of publication term with this issue. During the 2006-2007 term, the number of articles submitted have significantly increased. In 2007, forty submissions were put into conclusion process and 28 of them have come to an end by the effort of the reviewers and the writers. The rest are still in review process. We have witnessed that the electronic communication via adlitipbulteni@gmail.com have thoroughly influenced the reviewing process and this mode of electronic communication will be in use in the future too. We plan to accomplish the review process beginning from submission to final conclusion via our website if the financial state allows us. We believe that your support will continue increasingly. It is also evident that the term ahead of us will continue to be fruitful for the medical field we are working on. Department of Forensic Medicine of Kocaeli University Medical Faculty will be hosting VIII. Forensic Sciences Congress this year and the preparations have gained acceleration. We are wating for this activity with an excitement because internationally acclaimed attendants will be with us and also preparations for Board examination will be held. Sincerely Yours; Editor Dr. Nadir Arican
