Öz
Antroposen çağında derinleşen ekolojik kriz, insan sağlığı için yalnızca fiziksel değil, aynı zamanda ciddi bir ruhsal tehdit oluşturmaktadır. Bu derleme, ekolojik krizin ruh sağlığı üzerindeki yansımalarını, özellikle eko-anksiyete ve eko-travma kavramları üzerinden, halk sağlığı odaklı bir bakış açısıyla incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Gezegenin geleceğine yönelik kronik kaygı durumu olan eko-anksiyete ile çevresel felaketler ve mekânsal kayıplar sonucu ortaya çıkan eko-travma, ekolojik yas ve solastalji temel kavramlar olarak tanımlanmaktadır.
Bu derlemede, söz konusu ruhsal tepkilerin bireysel patolojiler olmanın ötesinde, çevresel adaletsizlik ve sistemsel sorunlarla derinden bağlantılı, kolektif bir halk sağlığı meselesi olduğu öne çıkmaktadır. Ekolojik krizin zamanla etki alanını genişleterek toplumsal düzeyde bir risk haline geldiği ve psikososyal yükünün dezavantajlı olabilecek gruplar üzerinde orantısız bir şekilde yoğunlaştığı ifade edilmektedir. Ayrıca krizin ruhsal etkilerinin bireysel mevcut tanı sistemleri içinde patolojikleştirilmesi riskine dikkat çeken bu derleme, çözümün de bütüncül olması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
Bu bağlamda, ekolojik krizin ruh sağlığına etkileriyle mücadelenin, yalnızca bireysel terapotik müdahalelerle değil, aynı zamanda adalet, hak temelli politikalar ve toplumsal dayanıklılığı arttıran bütüncül halk sağlığı yaklaşımlarıyla mümkün olabileceği değerlendirilmektedir.
